The legal structure of financing is decisive. I review loan agreements, advise on mortgages, guarantees and securities. In case of payment difficulties, I develop strategies to avoid foreclosures and negotiate with banks for debt restructuring or payment extensions.

Commercial real estate investments require special expertise. I advise investors, project developers and companies on structuring property companies, share deals and asset deals, as well as tax-optimized structuring of real estate investments. In this process, I work closely with tax advisors.

As a condominium owner, you have special rights and duties. I advise you on partition declarations, condominium regulations, owner assembly resolutions and management. In disputes within the condominium community, I represent your interests – whether for challenging resolutions, cost allocations or modernization measures.

Property boundaries, boundary structures, encroachments and neighborhood use conflicts require legal sensitivity. I resolve neighborhood disputes pragmatically and support you in registration or deletion of easements, rights of way and limited personal easements.

Disputes over brokerage commissions are frequent. I review the validity of brokerage contracts, clarify commission obligations and assert rights or reject unjustified claims. I consider current legal regulations on the broker principle.
